Letter to Vendors

Dear Vendor,

We are thankful for your support and partnership with Meadows Health in Vidalia, Georgia.

I am reaching out to you today on behalf of the organization to inform you that we have implemented a new process based on the concerns relating to COVID-19. Effective Friday, March 6, all patients, guests, visitors, and vendors must enter through the Emergency Department access where screening will be conducted to ensure that a person is not entering the facility with symptoms or carrying the virus.

I am sure that you have seen similar processes being implemented at other facilities that you visit.
